Before turning to toe-side, take note of how your body and board are leveraged against the kite. Now try to duplicate that body angle and board angle while your are riding toe-side and facing away from the kite.
If your kite keeps on drifting to your back-side, slide your back hand to the center of the bar. This will make it more difficult for your back hand to pull your kite to the back side.
If your Leading Edge deflates quickly for no apparent reason first listen to see if the valves became unglued. If the valves are good then open the wing tip. Pull out the end of the L.E. and see if that is where a blow-out happened.
To expedite the next time you set up your kite, make sure there are no twists in your lines before you wrap your bar.
During your water starts try standing up while the kite is still high instead of waiting and letting it to go too low as it might pull you completely over.
